My mother just received the most beautiful flowers I have seen bundled by a florist. I'm not a flower person myself but even I was in awe about the final product. Kudos to those who helped make my mum's day extra special.

It is very rare when I order flowers online that I get delivered what was pictured and what I feel I paid for....our order from Thinking About You was an exception!! The flowers were EXACTLY as pictured and described online - they were AMAZING! Excellent service and value for money. We were so impressed we recommended you to another family member who also sent flowers and they were just as AMAZING! Beautiful - highly recommend.

If you choose not to give authority to leave the delivery and the receiver is unavailable then alternative arrangements will need to be made. We are happy to reschedule a delivery however an additional delivery charge will be required.
Alcohol
If you choose to include alcohol with your order you must be an adult (18 years or older) and there must be an adult available to accept the delivery. The couriers are unable to leave alcohol unattended or with anyone under the age of 18, so please ensure there will be someone available to receive the delivery otherwise a note will be left in the mailbox and the alcohol will not be delivered. The recipient will need to arrange to pickup the item or book and pay for another delivery.

Flower substitution and availability
All our floral products are subject to availability. We have high quality standards, and sometimes due to supply and seasonal nature of floristry, we may have to substitute some of the flowers in your order with something of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value. If the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you to notify you of the change. If we are unable to contact you prior to the time we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
Damaged flowers
On very rare occasions, despite our best efforts, flowers arrive at their destination damaged. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. (Please note it may be necessary to return the original product, if so, we will instruct our driver to pick up the damaged item so we can assess it).
