Since starting "thinking about you" I have been making regular deliveries of flowers and gifts to Clarkson and surrounding suburbs.
Delivery within the suburb of Clarkson is $20, and orders placed before 11AM can be delivered in the same day (we do not deliver on Mondays or Sundays except for Mother's Day)
Our Valentine's Day range is all set, but if you have to get yourself out of the doghouse before then, say "I'm sorry"with flowers from our extensive range. So whether you need flowers for a "celebration in Clarkson" or a "birthday in Beldon" we are the team to make it happen.

At checkout you will be asked;

If you choose not to give authority to leave the delivery and the receiver is unavailable then alternative arrangements will need to be made. We are happy to reschedule a delivery however an additional delivery charge will be required.
Alcohol
If you choose to include alcohol with your order you must be an adult (18 years or older) and there must be an adult available to accept the delivery. The couriers are unable to leave alcohol unattended or with anyone under the age of 18, so please ensure there will be someone available to receive the delivery otherwise a note will be left in the mailbox and the alcohol will not be delivered. The recipient will need to arrange to pickup the item or book and pay for another delivery.

Flower substitution and availability
All our floral products are subject to availability. We have high quality standards, and sometimes due to supply and seasonal nature of floristry, we may have to substitute some of the flowers in your order with something of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value. If the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you to notify you of the change. If we are unable to contact you prior to the time we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
Damaged flowers
On very rare occasions, despite our best efforts, flowers arrive at their destination damaged. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. (Please note it may be necessary to return the original product, if so, we will instruct our driver to pick up the damaged item so we can assess it).
